This agency would close shortly after Kohlhepp was arrested on murder charges in November of 2016.
Todd Christopher Kohlhepp (born March 7, 1971) is an American serial killer and sex offender convicted of murdering seven people in South Carolina between 2003 and 2016. A real estate agent by profession, Kohlhepp used his business to lure victims, including customers and acquaintances.
He was arrested in 2016 after a missing woman was found chained in a storage container on his property. Kohlhepp confessed to seven murders and received seven consecutive life sentences without parole. His case is often cited in modern criminology as an example of a functioning psychopath who maintained a successful façade while committing violent crimes.
