Jeffrey Dahmer Hand Signed Order Form

This is a signed order form that was sent by Jeffrey Dahmer for a tuneable pennywhistle while he was in prison. The order form was sent to Michael Copeland, and was filled out and signed in pen by Dahmer. With the order form he included a cut out of the item and circled what he wanted in pen. This piece comes with the mailing envelope he sent the form in. 

These pieces come matte and framed, and include a COA as well!

NOTICE- the previous owner of this item had these framed incorrectly, resulting in double sided tape on the back of the paper. Attempting to remove these from the frame and matte could result in the pieces being partially damaged. We recommend leaving them be, as the items are all displayed beautifully and neatly in the frame.
