This prison document is an incident report from when several inmates, including Christopher Scarver, Jeff’s eventual killer, plotted to murder Jeff in prison using a toothbrush and razor blades. These men made several attempts on Jeff’s life before Scarver was eventually successful and murdered Jeff in the prison gym with a dumbbell.
Very rare- only copy in existence, obtained directly from Lionel Dahmer.
