Ted Bundy Signed Check From Author Ann Rule

Here we have a very heavy hitting item! This is a personal check made out to Ted Bundy from Ann Rule, author of famous true crime novel “The Stranger Beside Me.” Ann Rule wrote this book about her friendship with Bundy before he was arrested for his crimes. She continued correspondence with him throughout the years and even sent him money while he was on death row.

The check has been filled out and hand signed by Rule on the front. On the back, Bundy has signed and endorsed it in sharpie and wrote “Thanks Ann” under his signature. The check has been stamped multiple times by the Leon County Jail Inmate Fund. 

A truly one of a kind piece of true crime history!
