Jeffrey Dahmer Prison Assault Incident Report

This is an official document from the Department of Corrections in Wisconsin where Jeffrey Dahmer was imprisoned. The incident on this report is from when Jeffrey was assaulted in the prison chapel. Another inmate attempted to murder Jeff by slitting his throat from behind. This report is very interesting because the DOC employee who filed this noted that he collected Dahmers glasses, bible and the weapon used in the attempt on Dahmers life. A very rare document that was in Lionel Dahmer’s possession up until last year when we obtained it.
