When Jeffrey Dahmer was in jail he became very religious. He was reaching out to many reverends and ministers and was being sent religious ppamphlets and books on a regular basis. This piece of mail was sent to Jeff by a minister. It is a religious book in which he included notes and a business card for Jeff.
