Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (May 21, 1960 – November 28, 1994) was an American serial killer and sex offender who murdered 17 young men and boys between 1978 and 1991, primarily in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His crimes involved rape, dismemberment, necrophilia, and cannibalism, making him one of the most notorious serial killers in modern history.
