This is an early and rare colored pencil drawing done by Keith Hunter Jesperson, also known as the Happy Face Killer.
This vibrantly colored drawing is very rare because on the reverse side, Jesperson included a smiley face within his signature. Eventually he would be reprimanded for this and prohibited from signing anything with the smiley face symbol.
