This letter written by Canada’s most infamous serial Killer, Robert “Willie” Pickton is five pages long and includes another 4 pages of blueprints he sent along with the letter, plus the mailing envelope it was all sent in. There are several examples of his signature throughout. Pickton was brutally murdered in prison earlier this year, and his items are becoming more and more valuable and sought after.
