Ted Bundy Notarized Trial Document

Ted Bundy's one-page motion to appoint one of the top death penalty attorneys in the country, Millard Farmer of Atlanta, GA. The motion was denied incidentally, and Farmer never represented him except on appeal once he was sentenced to die. 

This rare trial document has been signed in full “Theodore Robert Bundy.” It has also been hand signed by the public defender and notary.
