This is a one page, handwritten letter from African American serial killer, Waldo Grant. The letter bears Grant’s full signature at the header and again at the summary of the letter in the bottom right corner. It is also accompanied by the original mailing envelope that also bears Grant’s signature as well as stamps from the prison.
