This is a photo that Charles Manson sent to one of his frequent pen pals and had signed it for her. The envelope he mailed it in also has Manson’s full signature as well as two of his “MAN/SUN” symbols doodled on it as well. The photo has stamps on the front and back saying “original” meaning that this specific photo was the original print.
