This is a handwritten letter from Charles “Tex” Watson, convicted murderer and member of the Manson Family. Tex was Charles Manson’s right hand man and enforcer who led the Tate/LaBianca murders. The letter is two pages, front and back, and signed “Charles” at the end of page two.
